Three Sunday afternoons of stroke correction with Paul Armstrong at a 4:1 swimmer-to-coach ratio. Every swimmer is filmed above and below the water, and each block closes with a review of that footage against the one change being asked for. Built for competitive swimmers sharpening technique for the short course season.
